However, this feature is not available for the cloud version of Office 365 nor is it available for Office 2016.

To confirm your version of Office on the Mac, choose PowerPoint About PowerPoint at the top of your screen and confirm License: Office 365.

Keynotes advantage over Screencast-o-Matic is that each slide can be edited independently as needed.

However Keynote costs 20 and Screencast-o-Matic.com is free.

BbLearn cannot stream videos, thus requiring the files to download completely before viewing.

Unfortunately, videos stored in BbLearn download very slowly and may even fail to download.

Thus, upload your video files to YouTube and then Link to or Embed your video into your BbLearn course once it is successfully hosted elsewhere.

Upload videos to YouTube as Unlisted to prevent those without a direct link to the video from finding them.

However, closed captioning can be created and uploaded using captioning software or by paying for captioning services (see YouTube Help ).
